KOE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Architecture Manager to support the Manager in preparing reports, overseeing documentation, and leading coordination meetings.

You will supervise a Design Coordinator, Architecture team to manage architectural works aligned with project specs, timelines, and quality standards. You will liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to interpret drawings, ensure compliance with URA/BCA processes and company standards, and supervise shop drawing

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with 8+ years of managerial experience in a main construction firm.
• Knowledge of local submission and authority processes (e.g., URA, BCA).
• Meticulous, highly motivated, independent with strong teamwork.
• Mandarin communication ability is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support the Manager in preparing reports, managing documentation, and attending coordination meetings.
• Lead a team of Design Coordinator, Architecture in managing and coordinating architectural works to project specs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of drawings and details.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, codes of practice, and company standards.
• Plan, organise and supervise production of construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
• Provide technical support to the site team and address discrepancies or design issues during construction.
• Monitor architectural progress on-site and resolve coordination issues involving structural, M&E, and ID trades.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet architectural requirements.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking associates to align on project requirements and expectations.
