• Minimum 5 years in construction industry at managerial level.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and submission processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage design coordination and architectural team.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design intent.
• Ensure submissions to URA/BCA and authority approvals are timely.
• Monitor site execution and quality control of architectural works.
