Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to act as a technical advisor, guiding customers from discovery through deployment and ongoing value delivery. You will design bespoke workflows and data solutions using Chainalysis data, while building trusted relationships and enabling customers to operate independently.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to shape offerings and share domain expertise, with a focus on investigative workflows and data-driven

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development.
• Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows.
• Solid understanding of data modelling and large datasets.
• Ability to rapidly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures and products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer engagements from discovery through investigation and deployment.
• Translate customer objectives into actionable investigative outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models.
• Enable customers to operate solutions independently within their infrastructure.
• Serve as primary technical and domain advisor with hands-on credibility.
• Deliver live training, demos, and technical sessions to diverse audiences.
• Participate in pre-sales technical engagement for complex deals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to influence roadmap.
• Develop domain expertise and best practices for the wider team.
