Dlubal Software GmbH is seeking a Managing Director in Singapore to establish and expand its subsidiary. The role includes developing a market-specific sales strategy, acquiring customers, and leading a local team. Applicants should have at least seven years of experience in structural analysis/design or CAD/FEM software support. Excellent English skills are essential, and regional language knowledge is advantageous. Qualifications

• At least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis/design or in sales/support of CAD/FEM software.
• Excellent knowledge of the construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for establishing and expanding the Singaporean subsidiary.
• Developing and implementing a market-specific sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals.
• Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships.
• Recruiting, leading, and developing a local team.
• Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs and industry events.
• Building and maintaining relationships with authorities and educational institutions.
• Responsibility for budget, controlling, and legal compliance in Singapore.
• Regular reporting to the headquarters' management.
