A multinational technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a leader for their Asia-Pacific operations. This role focuses on developing business strategies and managing regional teams to ensure growth and compliance with local regulations. Candidates must have over 20 years of experience, solid technical knowledge, and a proven track record in international market development. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking and risk management skills while fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Undertake the group's international strategy, formulate medium and long‑term business plans and annual operating plans for the Asia‑Pacific region, and be fully responsible for market insight and competitive analysis, customer development strategies, solution implementation paths, etc.
Coordinate the bidding, negotiation and contract signing of major projects, promote the implementation of joint business plans with strategic partners, and build regional benchmark projects.
Establish a sales funnel and performance tracking system to ensure the achievement of quarterly/annual revenue targets, and regularly report progress to the group headquarters.
Build and lead the Asia‑Pacific regional team, establish across‑cultural management mechanism, improve organizational efficiency, and cultivate key talents and local managers.
Formulate team KPIs, strengthen sales empowerment, promote cross‑departmental collaboration, and deepen customer relationships.
Optimize the regional organizational structure and processes to adapt to the response speed of the local market and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate regional budget preparation, cost control and resource allocation, effectively coordinate resources/needs between the group headquarters and various countries in the Asia‑Pacific region, ensure the optimal input‑output ratio, and improve efficiency.
Promote the localized adaptation of solutions, and create differentiated competitive advantages by combining regional regulations, technical standards and customer habits.
Expand and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry associations, local partners and Chinese‑funded overseas enterprises in the region to build a regional ecological network.
Represent iSoftStone to participate in industry summits, technical forums and other activities to enhance brand awareness and industry influence.
Collaborate with various professional departments to ensure that the business of various countries in the region strictly complies with the laws and regulations of the respective countries, establish a compliance review mechanism, and avoid policy and legal risks.
