Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 25+ years in the oil and gas industry.
• 10+ years in senior management, project leadership, operations, or related functions.
• Proven experience as Director, General Manager, Senior Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong experience in piping coordination, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, mechanical completion, and QA/QC.
• Experience in engineering, construction, fabrication, production, operations, logistics, or major project environments.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

·Provide overall leadership and management of the company,acting as the primary operational decision-maker.

·Lead, develop, and implement the company’s overall business strategy, vision, and mission.

·Develop annual operational plans, business objectives, and budget proposalsin line with the company’s strategic direction.

·Find and secure new offshore jobs and quotations by monitoring markets, building new business relationships,assessing risks and returns, and developing action plans.

·Oversee the company’s financial and fiscal activities, including budgeting,financial reporting, cost control, and auditing.

·Manage and optimize the company’s profitability and overall financial performance.

·Regularly review the company’s financial viability, operational costs, and cost structure, and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.

·Ensure the consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, systems, and operational processes.

·Maintain and strengthen relationships with key manufacturers, suppliers, business partners, and other strategic stakeholders.

·Provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to the management team,ensuring effective performance across all departments.

·Oversee the development of the company’s brand, corporate image, and marketing strategies to support business growth.

·Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships, and promote long‑term customer loyalty.

·Monitor overall company performance and take timely corrective and improvement actions toachieve business and operational objectives.

A. Qualifications,Experience and Leadership

·Bachelor’s degree as a minimum or relevant experience may be considered.

·Minimum 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or related activities.

·Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management, project management,operations, production, logistics, administration, or related functions.

·Proven experience in a Director, General Manager, Senior Manager,Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role.

·Strong experience in piping coordination, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing,mechanical completion, and QA/QC.

·Experience in engineering, construction, fabrication, production, operations,logistics, or major project environments.

·Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and overall management of projects, operations, departments, or business units.

·Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, manpower, resources, budgets, schedules, and business or project deliverables.

·Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, manufacturers, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and senior management.

·Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills,with the ability to manage complex business and operational challenges.

·Proven ability to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance
