Job summary

Melior Group is seeking a Group Managing Director for its luxury events and lifestyle practice spanning Singapore and Hong Kong. You will lead the B2B business, partner with the CEO, and drive profitability across key client sectors.

The role demands 15–20 years in senior events, marketing or brand roles, a strong network with luxury brands and financial institutions, and a proven track record in P&L ownership and senior team leadership.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in senior events, marketing or brand roles.
• Strong background with global luxury brands, financial institutions and/or UHNW clients.
• Events agency exposure and strong understanding of agency operations.
• Proven P&L ownership, business growth and senior team leadership.
• Strong existing luxury/financial network in HK and/or Singapore.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the B2Bbusiness across Singapore and Hong Kong, working closely with the CEO.
