Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead daily logistics operations within the NIC Components/Specialty group at 5 Tai Seng Drive.

You will oversee receiving, storing, picking, and shipping, and align with internal customers to meet fulfillment targets. The role requires 6-8 years in warehouse operations with leadership, ERP/WMS proficiency, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations with leadership responsibilities.
• Computer skills to be able to execute ERP / WMS system transactions.
• Good working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Supervise day-to-day operation of a single department within the distribution/value add center.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff of Arrow Cores & NIC Components Operation.
• Coordinate with freight/transportation service providers for SG local delivery arrangements.
• Manage warehouse staff performance in Employee Performance Rating.
• Communicate with Arrow internal customers on order fulfillment and provide solutions to meet customer expectations.
• Assist Senior Manager to manage and control operating costs to meet annual budget targets.
• Design and implement KPI for warehouse staff.
• Understand SG import/export rules to support internal and external customers.

Job Description

Fixed Shift: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 5.30pm)

This position will be based under our specialty group, NIC Components located at 5 Tai Seng Drive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded
• Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.
• To Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff of Arrow Cores & NIC Components Operation
• To liaise with company appointed freight/transportation service provide on SG local delivery arrangement
• To manage the warehouse staff performance in Employee Performance Rating
• To Communicate with Arrow Internal customer; Sales/CSR on order fulfillment arrangement and provide solution to meet Arrow's Customer expectation
• To assist Senior Manager to manage and control the operating cost to meet the annual budget target
• To design and implement the performance KPI of the warehouse staff
• Understand the SG import & export rules/regulation in order to assist the internal & external customer requirement
• Understand the LC/Sight Draft term of shipment and its bank documentation submission process
• Understand the Strategies Control Parts requirement under the SG custom requirement
• Other duties as assigned.
