Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager for Tenancy & Concession Operations (Pricing) to support pricing governance, analytics, and process improvement across Airside Concessions. The role will oversee pricing compliance among retail tenants and develop data-driven insights for management and stakeholders.

The incumbent will contribute to automation initiatives, monitor pricing trends, and participate in cross-divisional projects to enhance operational readiness and continuity

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pricing governance and compliance: lead pricing checks, monitor tenant compliance, assess non-compliance and support policy reviews.
• Commercial reporting and insights: consolidate pricing trends, maintain decks/reports, evaluate pricing experiments, support overseas price comparisons.
• Pricing automation and process improvement: coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows for scalable monitoring.
• Business continuity, sustainability and operations readiness: maintain tenant/vendor contacts, support BCP and sustainability initiatives, contribute to exercises and training.

Description:

The role is responsible for supporting pricing governance, commercial analysis, process improvement and operational readiness within Airside Concessions. The incumbent will oversee pricing compliance across key retail tenants, develop data-driven insights for management and stakeholder discussions, support automation initiatives to improve monitoring efficiency, and contribute to business continuity, sustainability, risk governance and cross-divisional projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Pricing Governance & Compliance – Lead pricing checks, monitor tenant compliance, assess non-compliance and support pricing policy reviews and exemptions.
• Commercial Reporting & Insights – Consolidate pricing trends, maintain management decks and reports, evaluate pricing experiments, and support overseas price comparisons and decision-making.
• Pricing Automation & Process Improvement – Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, validate automated data outputs, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflows for scalable monitoring.
• Business Continuity, Sustainability & Operational Readines – Maintain tenant/vendor contact resources, support BCP and sustainability initiatives, and contribute to exercises, training and operational preparedness.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline with 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and the ability to translate complex operational and pricing data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• The candidate should possess strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, stakeholder management and project-management skills.
