  • Build and maintain future-ready pipelines to support long-term workforce needs across Allied Health and Pharmacy
  • Actively engage and nurture candidate pools to ensure readiness and conversion
3. Support Early Careers Branding & Outreach
  • Support the branding & outreach team to deliver early careers recruitment initiatives including pipeline development through sponsorship programmes
  • Partner stakeholders to position NHG as an employer of choice for Allied Health & Pharmacy talent
  • Represent NHG at career fairs, campus engagement and outreach events across institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)
  • Continue to support employer branding and outreach strategies to strengthen talent attraction
4. Lead Regional Recruitment Efforts
  • Plan and coordinate overseas recruitment and marketing trips including engagement in Taiwan and the region

  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations on hiring progress, timelines, and market conditions
  • Own recruitment reporting and analytics for Allied Health and Pharmacy, including pipeline tracking and performance metrics
  • Provide regular, data-driven insights to support cluster-level reporting and decision-making

  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and using insights to guide decisions
