Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Manager to lead on-the-ground delivery of Financial Services Strategy & Operations engagements. You will work with leaders and junior teammates to define work plans, identify client needs, and manage execution to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will mentor staff, build stronger client relationships, and help shape PwC's offerings for the FS industry. A strong track record in consulting and financial services is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in business, economics, finance, engineering or related field (MBA/CFA a plus).
• Prior consulting or direct experience in Financial Services (Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance, Fintechs).
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Consulting or related Strategy/Transformation/Operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience in delivery leadership, people management, and driving team outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (quantitative & qualitative).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts simply to senior executives.

Responsibilities
