Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a qualified candidate to contribute to the Training Partners Group's strategic unit. You will conceptualise TP-related policies, engage with MOE, M0E, MoMAN, and internal divisions to drive CET programme outcomes.
The role focuses on policy planning, programme management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven reporting to shape Singapore's CET ecosystem. Contract offered with potential extension or permanent tenure.
The Training Planning and Programmes Development Division (TPPD) is part of the Training Partners Group (TPG) within the Skills and Workforce Development Agency. As a key member of the Group's strategy unit, you will be at the forefront of conceptualising training partners (TPs)-related strategies, developing and managing operational policies and programmes with a high impact on the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem.
You will be responsible for driving the adoption of TP-related policies and programmes, collaborating with other SWDA divisions, the Ministry of Manpower, and the Ministry of Education (MOE), and ensuring they meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.
Undertake any other duties as assigned to support the division's strategic objectives and contribute to shaping the future of Singapore's workforce
