• Coordinate cross-functional projects, track progress, manage timelines, and ensure smooth rollout of new processes.
• Build strong working relationships, facilitate discussions to resolve operational issues, and elevate critical matters with recommendations to management.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
