Job summary

PMO - Strategy Group in Singapore seeks a policy analyst to drive research and form policy recommendations on marriage and parenthood, working with government partners to shape public policy.

You will analyse trends, prepare findings and contribute to policy development in a fast-paced, collaborative government environment, ensuring effective dissemination of strategic messaging.

The Marriage and Parenthood Policy Directorate drives and co-ordinates whole-of-government efforts to encourage and support Singaporeans in fulfilling their marriage and parenthood (M&P) aspirations.

What you will be working on:

Your key duties/deliverables include:

• Undertaking research and analysis relating to M&P trends and emerging challenges (in the Singapore and international contexts)
• Formulating and reviewing policies to support M&P, consulting and working with diverse stakeholders within and outside the public sector
• Working through operational details with relevant agencies to ensure the smooth roll-out and implementation of policies
• Develop innovative public communications to enhance our strategic messaging and foster a more family-friendly environment in Singapore
