PMO - Strategy Group in Singapore seeks a senior policy leader to support the Director in driving whole-of-government strategies and partnerships across public, private and people sectors to strengthen Marriage and Parenthood policies.
You will guide the team, analyse trends, develop public engagement strategies and manage resources for policy implementation, contributing to a more family-friendly society.
The Marriage and Parenthood Policy Directorate drives and co-ordinates whole-of-government efforts to address Singapore’s low fertility rate, which is key to tackling our population challenge. We seek to build a more family-friendly ecosystem where Singaporeans are supported in fulfilling their marriage and parenthood (M&P) aspirations.
In this role, you will support the Director to drive whole-of-government strategies and partnerships with stakeholders across the public, private and people sectors to deliver strong M&P outcomes:
