Job summary

Strategy Group, Prime Minister's Office (Singapore) is seeking a senior policy-focused professional to lead and coordinate Marriage and Parenthood policy initiatives. You will support the Director in driving cross-agency collaboration with public, private, and people sectors to advance family-friendly policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director to drive whole-of-government strategies and partnerships with stakeholders across public, private and people sectors to deliver strong M&P outcomes.
• Research and analyse local and international trends and issues affecting M&P decisions.
• Develop innovative public engagement and partnership strategies to understand public sentiment and shape mindsets around M&P issues.
• Supervise and guide the team in drafting replies to media, public and parliamentary queries on marriage and parenthood policies.
• Plan and manage resources for policy implementation and organisational development.
• Foster a positive work environment and culture, enabling growth and collaboration.
