Simon-Kucher & Partners Strategy & Marketing Consultants LLP in Singapore is seeking a seasoned consultant to help clients unlock growth through pricing, sales, and go-to-market strategies. The role involves data-driven analysis, cross-industry collaboration, and end-to-end project ownership, with opportunities to contribute to the Singapore office's development.

Fluency in English and a strong consulting mindset are essential.

Formación

• 3–7 years of consulting experience in top tiers.
• Strong interest in strategy/management consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear, concise communication with a structured, top-down approach.
• Experience with international clients is advantageous.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Work on solving interesting problems for clients in commercial excellence (pricing, sales, GTM) or related growth topics.
• Work across industries (B2B, B2C, software, life sciences) to solve client problems.
• Work with data using Excel, Tableau, Power BI to draw insights and recommendations.
• End-to-end ownership of workstreams: data collection, analysis, insights, slides, stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to the development of the Singapore office.

How you will create an impact:

• Work on solving interesting problems for clients in the space of commercial excellence, i.e., pricing, sales and go to market, or all activities related to growth topics
• Work across different industries, e.g., B2B, B2C, software, life sciences etc. in solving client's commercial problem
• Work with data, leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc. to conduct deep and meaningful analyses. Draw insights to solve client's problems and give recommendations
• End-to-end ownership of workstreams within projects, which entails collecting data, conducting deep analysis, drawing insights, creating slides & engaging with stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of the Singapore office

Your profile:

• 3-7 years of consulting experience in top tiers would be ideal
• Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities is required
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely using a structured, top-down approach
• Prior experience supporting or engaging with international clients would be advantageous
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively
