National University Health System (NUHS) Population Health & Community Care (PHCC) seeks a Regional Health Manager for western Singapore to lead Healthy Precinct and community health initiatives. You will connect internal and external partners, coordinate programmes, and drive data-informed plans to improve health outcomes across residents and communities.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
  • Adept in stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and ready to overcome challenges.
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task.
  • Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in development of Healthy Precincts and Community Health Plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage data analysis and insights to inform and drive plans that bring health and social services together for better community well-being.
  • Work with grassroots leaders, social agencies, healthcare providers and other internal and external partners to create strong networks of support and collaboration.
  • Organise and drive regular meetings to align partners toward shared goals and monitor progress.
  • Design and implement strategies and projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track progress to ensure communities become healthier.

As a member of Precinct Planning and Development Department under Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will play a key role in shaping this ecosystem—bringing internal and community stakeholders together, coordinating initiatives, and integrating health and social support systems to enhance the delivery of community care and improve health of the population.
