Job summary

BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking a proactive sales professional to grow residential sales through personalized consultations and strategic collaborations with marketing. You will manage customer interactions, conduct site visits, and close bookings across APAC markets.

You will build a strong pipeline via networking events, associations, and digital campaigns, while staying updated on Singapore-India market dynamics to advise clients accurately.

Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain up-to-date market information and track changing residential customer preferences.
• Handle residential customer enquiries via telephone, e-mail, agents, and walk-ins to build rapport and arrange or personally conduct site visits.
• Follow up with customers to close bookings and ensure timely payment collection.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, escalating issues to the Manager Sales (Residential) when necessary.
• Prepare and submit timely MIS reports on residential sales to the Manager Sales (Residential).
• Conduct periodic market visits to assess competitive products and market trends.
• Develop and maintain a network of channel partners to expand sales reach.
• Execute sales activities at corporate and apartment associations and participate in property expos.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote products across APAC markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking events, community associations, chambers of commerce, seminars, webinars, and digital campaigns.
• Conduct one-on-one client consultations, property presentations, and virtual tours to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, community events, and property expos.
• Stay informed on property regulations, currency fluctuations (INR-SGD), and bilateral economic ties between Singapore and India to advise clients accurately.
• Represent the company at key industry events including fairs, business forums, and real estate expos across APAC.
