Kingsmen Creatives Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager / Project Manager to lead Location Based Entertainment projects. You will collaborate with designers, licensors, and vendors across countries, guiding projects from concept through installation and launch.

The role demands hands-on site execution, strong coordination, and travel to project sites as required. A diploma or degree in a related discipline is preferred, with 5-8 years of experience in entertainment or events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Design, Architecture, Events Management or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of project management experience may be considered for Project Manager level candidates.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, attractions, immersive experiences, exhibitions, events, fit-out, themed entertainment, hospitality, or related industries.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Drive World-Class Entertainment Projects across full lifecycle from design development through fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, opening and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, licensors, designers, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager / Project Manager to join our Location Based Entertainment (LBE) team. If you're excited by large-scale attractions, immersive experiences, international projects, and the challenge of bringing creative concepts into reality, we'd love to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with designers, licensors, technical specialists, vendors, contractors, and clients across multiple countries, managing projects from concept development through installation and launch.

Responsibilities

Drive World-Class Entertainment Projects

• Support and manage Location Based Entertainment (LBE) projects across the full project lifecycle, from design development through fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, opening, and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, licensors, designers, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, key milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Support procurement, fabrication, logistics, and deployment of attractions, exhibits, equipment, and specialist systems.

Bring Creative Concepts to Life

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to translate creative designs into operationally successful experiences.
• Coordinate technical integration of attractions, AV systems, interactive technologies, lighting, audio, show control systems, and other specialist elements.
• Ensure quality, safety, and operational readiness throughout project execution.

Lead Site Execution

• Participate in factory inspections, site coordination, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and installation teams during project implementation.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Global Project Exposure

• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Travel internationally to support project installations, site execution, testing, and launch activities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, or contractors.
• Exposure to site execution, installation, operations, events, exhibitions, fit-out, attractions, or entertainment projects is advantageous.
