Job summary

Talent First is seeking a Manager of Operations (Controls Solution - Manufacturing) to lead departmental planning, budgeting and resource allocation at our West Singapore site. You will supervise an on-ground team of engineers and technicians, driving performance management and inter-department collaboration.

You will coordinate with other departments to align business processes and deliver strategic operational goals, while implementing development plans and recruitment strategies to strengthen

Qualifications

• Experience in control solutions manufacturing or vessel engineering manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in guiding engineers and technicians.
• 5-day workweek and on-site leadership responsibilities.

• Operational Planning: Involve in the departmental plans, budgets and priorities to address resource allocation and operational challenges effectively.
• Performance Management: Responsible with on-ground team performance appraisals, recruitment and training processes, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate business processes and achieve strategic operational goals.

Key Success for This Role:

• Familiar with Control Solutions manufacturing / Vessel Engineering manufacturing field related.
