Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate project activities, and ensure efficient manpower deployment across multiple sites. You will manage a large workforce, optimize resources, and maintain safety and compliance standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent planning, and the ability to respond to weekend/public holiday operational needs. Travel between project locations is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising a workforce of 300+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple project sites.
• Know-how of Singapore workplace safety regulations and operational practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Willing to travel to multiple project locations as required.
• Diploma or Degree qualification confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Manage operational costs, resources and workforce needs.
• Ensure smooth coordination between management, supervisors and staff.
• Collect client feedback on staff performance and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate logistics, manpower, equipment and resources for projects.
• Oversee operations of multiple projects, including 24-hour operations.
• Respond to work emails, calls and messages during weekends/public holidays as required.

• Ability to manage 24-hour operations effectively.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule with no fixed day off, based on operational requirements.
• Able to travel to multiple project locations as required.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and be ableto drive.
