You will be part of a team that undertakes the planning, implementation and review of MINDEF/SAF's innovation objectives and outcomes.
What You Will Be Working On
- Champion understanding of organisational requirements and user needs
- Design, develop and scale processes, services and products
- Seek opportunities to enhance innovation, digital and data proliferation and adoption
- Collaborate and co-create with business owners and experts
- Amplify work efficacies and encourage a culture of experimentation
- Incentivise new ways of thinking and working
Challenge(s)
- Keeping abreast of new developments and practices in the Public Service, academia and industry
- Making sense of emerging trends to ensure sound recommendations
What We Are Looking For
- At least 6 years of work experience in organisational transformation and innovation fields is preferred
- Knowledge in business digitalisation, human-centred design, communications, and change management
- Good project and stakeholder management skills
- Empathetic approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to facilitate collaborations with colleagues and other public agency officers
- Understanding of business and product development principles
- Agile mindset and approach to daily work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
