What The Role Is

You will be part of a team that undertakes the planning, implementation and review of MINDEF/SAF's innovation objectives and outcomes.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Champion understanding of organisational requirements and user needs
  • Design, develop and scale processes, services and products
  • Seek opportunities to enhance innovation, digital and data proliferation and adoption
  • Collaborate and co-create with business owners and experts
  • Amplify work efficacies and encourage a culture of experimentation
  • Incentivise new ways of thinking and working
Challenge(s)
  • Keeping abreast of new developments and practices in the Public Service, academia and industry
  • Making sense of emerging trends to ensure sound recommendations
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 6 years of work experience in organisational transformation and innovation fields is preferred
  • Knowledge in business digitalisation, human-centred design, communications, and change management
  • Good project and stakeholder management skills
  • Empathetic approach to problem-solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to facilitate collaborations with colleagues and other public agency officers
