OCBC Bank seeks a seasoned Business Analyst (Group Wealth Technology) to bridge business and technology across the Group Wealth Platform. You will elicit initiatives, design end-to-end functional solutions, and coordinate with senior stakeholders across units.
You will lead requirements gathering, analyze processes for digitalization, and guide development, QA and testers through the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality specifications and successful UAT.

Business Analyst (Group Wealth Technology)
is part of the Business Solutioning team in technology department who serves as a liaison to business stakeholders, Business and Operation Managers, Product Owners in various Business Units across the OCBC group. Key business stakeholders include Bank of Singapore, Consumer Financial Services, Global Markets. The primary focus of this role is to elicit business initiatives across various business units and design an end-to-end solution for the Group Wealth Platform – GWP.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must effectively bridge business and technology by combining strong wealth management domain expertise with structured solution design capabilities. This includes engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, eliciting and refining requirements, and translating them into scalable, end-to-end functional solutions. Success also relies on driving process improvements, ensuring high-quality documentation, and providing clear guidance to development, QA, and business testers throughout the project lifecycle.
