Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, FP&A to support strategic financial planning, costing initiatives, and business partnering across the hospital. You will report to the Finance leadership team and drive costing exercises, budgeting, and analytics to enable strategic decisions.

The role requires a degree in Accountancy/Finance and at least 6 years of FP&A experience, with strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant FP&A, business partnering, costing, or commercial finance experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse functions.
• Experience with SAP, costing methodologies, pricing analysis, or large datasets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate costing exercises and financial submissions, ensuring compliance with healthcare funding and reporting requirements.
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Perform costing, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for healthcare services, programmes, and initiatives.
• Evaluate the financial viability of capital expenditure, business cases, and strategic projects.
• Analyse cost drivers, utilisation trends, and operational performance for process improvement and value creation.
• Support maintenance and enhancement of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate on system implementations, enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, management reports, and presentations to support organisational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business partnering, management reporting, costing, or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse business functions.
• Experience with SAP, costing methodologies, pricing analysis, or large dataset management would be advantageous.
