Woodlands Hospital in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance professional to support costing, pricing, budgeting, and system improvements within the hospital finance team.

You will lead costing and pricing initiatives, collaborate with HR and clinical teams, and contribute to annual fee reviews and MoH submissions. A degree in finance/analytics and at least 5 years of experience are required, with healthcare FP&A experience considered advantageous.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Statistics/Business Analytics required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance/ costing/ pricing.
• Healthcare industry experience with FP&A or management accounting is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard CoSy (Costing Systemisation) and assist cost models for assigned areas.
• Compute doctors' surcharges and coordinate monthly payments with HR/clinicians.
• Provide Finance desk-head user support on costing/pricing/subsidies/charging queries.
