Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IS/CS/Data Science/AI/Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience across Operations, Finance, HR and IT.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong Excel/SQL skills and familiarity with RPA.
• Experience applying AI to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management for new HMS features.
• Strategically oversee HMS to support end-to-end housing operations.
• Govern housing content updates on NTU websites and intranet.
• Analyze data and generate reports on applications, occupancy, check-in/out.
• Provide user support structure and update HMS user guides.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery with internal teams.
• Lead data analysis to derive insights for decision-making.
• Champion Business Process Re-engineering to improve productivity.
• Promote AI-enabled solutions and digital productivity tools.
