Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Manager, Data Analytics Consulting to shape data and AI solutions from discovery to proposal.

You will translate business goals into cloud and modern data platforms, partnering with sales and delivery to run workshops, design architectures and craft value stories that win work. You will lead pre-sales activities, adviser on data strategy, and mentor teams while building reusable assets to accelerate engagements across AWS, Azure and GCP.

Qualifications

• Experience owning pre-sales for data, analytics, cloud or AI engagements, including discovery and solutioning.
• Knowledge of data architecture covering ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance and security concepts.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own the pre-sales cycle: qualification, discovery, solution design, demos, proposals and presentations.
• Lead client workshops to capture objectives, success metrics and requirements.
• Design end-to-end data architectures across cloud platforms, integration and analytics use cases.
• Create value propositions and commercial inputs for proposals and RFPs.
• Advise clients on data strategy, operating model and roadmaps for measurable outcomes.
• Build reusable assets like reference architectures and accelerators.
