1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an IT Operations / Command Center professional in Singapore to perform real-time monitoring of system platforms, applications, ATM services and network infrastructure. You will manage batch jobs, handle incidents, provide first-level support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 2+ years of IT operations experience, familiarity with mainframe/AS/400/UNIX-Linux/Windows, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (structured pattern).

Job Description

• Exceptions Monitoring: Perform real-time monitoring of system platforms, applications, ATM services and network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and promptly escalation exceptions to corresponding support teams, in accordance with SOPs, for timely action.
• Batch Operations: Track and manage scheduled batch jobs, ensuring timely execution and resolution of job failures conforming to the SLAs with business
• Incident Management: Promptly identify, escalation, and track incidents to the appropriate support teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• First-Level Support: Conduct first-level diagnosis and resolution of system and batch issues before escalating to higher support tiers
• Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure and application support teams to coordinate responses to incidents and planned maintenance activities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate operational logs, incident records, and shift handover documentation to support audit and compliance reviews.

Job Requirements

• Education : Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience : 2+ years of hands‑on experience in IT operations or Command Center environment
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with one or more of the IT systems - Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX/Linux, Windows
• Tools : Working experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Language : Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Soft Skills : Good interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team player, and remain calm under pressure
• Shift Readiness : Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts following a structured pattern (e.g. three consecutive workdays followed by two days off, then two workdays followed by another two days off).
