Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a role focused on planning and implementing stakeholder engagement for Total Defence, National Education and Support for Defence. You will design engagement approaches and community plans, work with public agencies and partners, and monitor engagement progress and publicity efforts to strengthen defence commitment among Singaporeans.

The role emphasises creative concepts, multi-tasking, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Education in Mass Communication, Arts or Social Sciences.
• At least 1 year of experience in public relations, marketing or events management.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail; multi-tasking capability.
• Creative mindset.

• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programmes for external stakeholders such as pre-enlistees, National Cadet Corp/uniformed groups, educators, civil servants and grassroots leaders

• Developing informed strategies and methods to engage target audiences amidst the constantly evolving social landscape and needs so that they continue to be advocates for the security and success of Singapore

What We Are Looking For
