Great Eastern is seeking a Capital Management professional to safeguard and enhance the group's capital position across its insurance operations in Singapore. You will monitor solvency, conduct capital planning, analyse movements and drive initiatives with Group Finance, Investment and Risk Management.

The role focuses on capital efficiency, 3MM reporting, Matching Adjustment, and preparing regular CAR analyses, reporting to senior management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial science, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in actuarial roles focusing on capital management and/or valuation.
• Professional actuarial qualification (e.g., FSA, FIA, or equivalent) or nearly qualified.
• Familiar with Singapore RBC2 regulatory framework.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Familiar with Data Analytics tools such as Python and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Support monitoring and management of the capital and solvency position of the GEH Group and its subsidiaries.
• Monitor and analyse capital movements and their drivers across the Group under different regimes.
• Carry out the annual capital planning exercise for the Group and Singapore entities; support Group stress testing and solvency projections.
• Support the dividend process for the Group; assess capital capacity and impact on solvency.
• Assist in implementing capital management strategies and identify opportunities to improve capital efficiency.
• Perform the Matching Adjustment process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and review capital-related policies and frameworks.
