The Manager/Assistant Senior Manager plays a key role in managing experiential learning courses within the MBA curriculum, including Launch Your Transformation and the MBA Consulting Project, while driving corporate outreach to source high-quality, real-world projects for students. This position focuses on building strong relationships with industry partners, collaborating with faculty and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that experiential learning courses and initiatives provide high-quality, relevant, and career-enhancing learning experiences aligned with the MBA programme’s objectives.
Additional scope for the Assistant Senior Manager grade: The incumbent will take on strategic leadership in continuously reviewing, designing, and expanding experiential learning opportunities and initiatives that enhance the MBA student learning experience, and will contribute to longer-term programme strategy and team succession planning.
