KK Women\'s & Children\'s Hospital is seeking a proactive administrator to support the implementation and governance of AI initiatives across the hospital. You will oversee office operations, coordinate governance and regulatory processes, and help drive adoption of AI solutions in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience coordinating governance, compliance, or operations in healthcare/public sector.
• Strong organization and communication skills with ability to manage stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare, public sector, research, or technology environments is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and governance of AI initiatives across the hospital. You will oversee office operations, coordinate AI governance and regulatory processes, manage projects and stakeholder engagements, and support the successful adoption of AI solutions in healthcare. Working closely with the SingHealth AI Office, Office of Insights & Analytics, clinical teams, and corporate functions, you will help drive AI initiatives while ensuring compliance with institutional and cluster-wide frameworks.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a keen interest in healthcare innovation, AI, and project administration are encouraged to apply. Suitable candidates may be considered for a junior position.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.

• 6 years’ experience in administration, project coordination, governance, compliance, or operations management.

• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in healthcare, public sector, research, or technology-related environments will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.

• Interest in healthcare innovation, AI, and digital transformation.
