Job summary

You will work with clinicians, operations, and technical colleagues to analyse data, build reports and dashboards, and generate actionable insights to enhance patient care. The role covers data preparation, analysis, reporting, governance, and evaluating AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
• 6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, or related analytical work.
• Working knowledge of Python and data-visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare data, generative AI, or data governance is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job description

Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in leveraging data to support AI innovation, service improvement, and operational decision-making across the hospital. You will work closely with clinicians, operational teams, and technical colleagues to analyse data, develop reports and dashboards, support AI initiatives, and generate insights that enhance patient care and healthcare operations.

In this role, you will oversee data preparation, analysis, reporting, and governance activities, while supporting the evaluation and implementation of AI solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to translate data into actionable insights and drive evidence-based decision-making.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in data analytics, AI, and healthcare innovation are encouraged to apply. Suitable candidates may be considered for a junior position.
