Job summary

kk women’s and children’s hospital pte. ltd. is seeking a capable administrator to support the governance of AI initiatives across the hospital, coordinating regulatory processes and overseeing office functions to ensure smooth operation.

You will report to the Director and collaborate with SingHealth AI Office, clinical teams, and corporate functions to drive AI adoption while maintaining compliance with organisational and cluster-wide frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• 6 years’ experience in administration, project coordination, governance, compliance, or operations management.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and governance of AI initiatives across the hospital. You will oversee office operations, coordinate AI governance and regulatory processes, manage projects and stakeholder engagements, and support the successful adoption of AI solutions in healthcare. Working closely with the SingHealth AI Office, Office of Insights & Analytics, clinical teams, and corporate functions, you will help drive AI initiatives while ensuring compliance with institutional and cluster-wide frameworks.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a keen interest in healthcare innovation, AI, and project administration are encouraged to apply. Suitable candidates may be considered for a junior position.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• 6 years’ experience in administration, project coordination, governance, compliance, or operations management.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthcare, public sector, research, or technology-related environments will be an advantage.
