Job summary

EIG Dermal Wellness (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Centre Manager to drive sales, lead store operations, and uphold service standards across beauty treatments. You will develop strategies to reach targets, manage rosters, and coach a team to provide exceptional skincare consultations.

Located in a mall setting near MRT, the role offers basic pay with commissions and incentives, plus staff discounts and structured in-house training. Weekend and retail hours are required.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Beauty Salon Center Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of beauty facial treatments and products (skin care)
• Strong planning, analytical & organizational skills
• Excellent customer service
• Able to work weekends and retail hours

Responsibilities

• Achieve centre sales targets by developing and implementing sales strategies and providing regular performance updates to management.
• Oversee store operations including roster planning, workflow management, appointment optimization, promotions briefing, daily hygiene checks, cash and stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Support new hires through a buddy system and mentorship, coordinating staff confirmations and addressing staff matters with the area manager.
• Motivate and boost team morale, conduct consultation technique role-plays, and train staff on technical skills and grooming standards.
• Build strong customer relationships, address complaints at the first level, monitor treatment outcomes, and provide hands-on extractions and consultations for serious skin issues.

• Support new hires through a buddy system and mentorship to ensure adherence to treatment protocols, while coordinating staff confirmations and addressing staff matters with the area manager.

• Motivate and boost team morale, conduct consultation technique role-plays, train staff on technical skills, ensure consistent treatment performance, uphold grooming standards, identify development needs, and support staff development and career growth.

• Build strong customer relationships, address complaints at the first level, ensure high-quality service from staff, monitor treatment outcomes, follow up on serious skin conditions, and provide hands-on extractions and consultations for customers with serious skin issues.
