Job summary

Gourmet Unltd Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned manager with more than 5 years of leadership experience. The role involves working in shifts and across mobile locations, with no fixed workspace, to promote the company’s business and marketing efforts and achieve sales targets.

You will coordinate overtime when needed, assist in staff training, and prepare schedules to maximize productivity while keeping labour costs in check.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of corresponding work experience in the post of a manager.
• Willing to work in shifts and mobile locations, and the working location is not fixed; go out to work more.
• Develop the company's business and marketing, business promotion work, and achieve the company's monthly and annual sales performance tasks.
• Cooperate with the company to arrange overtime work.
• Assist in the development and delivery of staff training which is consistent with business needs.
• Prepare all schedules to maximize productivity and keep labour costs within budget.
