Sanmu (SG)Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to grow its ventilation fan business in Singapore and drive expansion across Southeast Asia. You will balance hands-on sales, key account management and regional planning, while guiding a sales team and collaborating with technical colleagues to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of technical sales experience in ACMV/R-HVAC, strong negotiation skills and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical sales experience in the ACMV/R-HVAC market.
• Experience managing key accounts and leading or coaching a sales team preferred.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and deal‑closing skills with sound commercial judgement.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency preferred for coordination with China HQ.

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow its ventilation fan business in Singapore and support expansion across Southeast Asia. The role combines hands‑on sales and key account management with sales planning, commercial oversight and guidance of the sales team, working closely with technical colleagues to deliver suitable solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers across the ACMV/R-HVAC market, including equipment manufacturers, contractors, consultants, building owners and end users.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships, understand project requirements and develop repeat business and long-term account plans.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and customer presentations to quotations, negotiations, order confirmation and follow-up.
• Work with sales and application colleagues on fan selection, technical proposals and customer enquiries, ensuring solutions meet project requirements.
• Guide and coach sales colleagues, coordinate sales priorities and monitor progress against sales targets.
• Work with marketing on exhibitions, technical seminars and campaigns, and convert enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
• Develop regional customers and channel relationships, travelling within Southeast Asia when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant technical sales experience in the ACMV/R-HVAC market, with a proven record of achieving sales targets and developing customer accounts.
• Experience managing key accounts and leading or coaching a sales team is preferred.
• Experience in ventilation fans, motors, air handling units or related ACMV equipment is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and deal‑closing skills, with sound commercial judgement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare compelling sales presentations and deliver persuasive, customer‑focused sales pitches.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is preferred for coordination with China headquarters and Mandarin‑speaking business partners.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and willingness to travel regionally when required.
