Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future, and this role leads end-to-end fibre provisioning and delivery of DomData orders to meet SLAs and revenue commitments. You will plan, coordinate, and track provisioning activities from order receipt to service activation, collaborating with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fibre provisioning and delivery of DomData orders, ensuring timely activation to meet SLAs and revenue realization.
• Plan and coordinate provisioning activities from order receipt through testing, activation and handover.
• Track milestones, dependencies and risks, resolving issues that may impact dates or requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders for readiness and reporting.
• Manage fibre migration and new-site deployment for Singtel Mobile base stations for readiness and delivery.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, migration schedules and site readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate cutover, migration and commissioning to minimize disruption and ensure transition to fibre.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks and resolve issues to meet rollout timelines.
• Oversee provisioning operations, resolve issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage day-to-day priorities, work allocation and contractor performance.
• Investigate and resolve provisioning, access, route and resource issues with technical teams.
• Ensure documentation, testing, handover and records meet procedures.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders for timely fibre implementation.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead end-to-end fibre provisioning and delivery of DomData orders, ensuring timely service activation to meet customer contractual commitments, service level agreements (SLAs) and revenue realization.
• Plan and coordinate fibre provisioning activities from order receipt and technical assessment through implementation, testing, service activation and handover.
• Track delivery milestones, dependencies and risks; proactively resolve issues that may impact committed service dates or customer requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams, contractors and service delivery stakeholders to ensure order readiness, accurate status reporting and timely closure.
• Manage the planning, coordination and implementation of fibre migration and new-site deployment for Singtel Mobile base stations to ensure network readiness and uninterrupted mobile service delivery.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, migration schedules and site readiness activities in coordination with Mobile, network engineering, operations and contractors.
• Coordinate cutover, migration and commissioning activities to minimize service disruption and ensure successful transition to the required fibre infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress and site dependencies, escalating critical risks and resolving implementation issues to meet network rollout timelines.
• Oversee fibre provisioning operations, resolve operational issues and ensure service delivery is executed efficiently and in compliance with established operational standards.
• Manage day-to-day provisioning priorities, work allocation, contractor performance and service delivery progress.
• Investigate and resolve provisioning, access, route, resource and implementation issues with the relevant technical and operational teams.
• Ensure work activities, records, testing, acceptance and handover documentation comply with applicable engineering and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors and internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely fibre implementation and operational activities.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies on permits, access, work coordination and implementation requirements where applicable.
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders on schedules, site access, dependencies, resource requirements and issue resolution.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication, provide timely progress updates and drive closure of actions that affect delivery commitments.

• At least 3 years in fibre provisioning, telecom service delivery, network implementation or project coordination
