Responsibilities

• Identify best‑selling, slow‑moving, and underperforming products through sales data analysis.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Forecast product demand and recommend inventory replenishment strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Develop product bundles, value packs, and promotional offers to maximize revenue.
• Analyze customer buying behavior and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Manage and optimize online sales channels, including e‑commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Track the effectiveness of promotions and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Work closely with store operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
• Support management in developing sales strategies, pricing initiatives, and business growth plans.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and other business-related duties as assigned.
