Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Trainee programme with rotations across key departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics & IT.

• Gain hands‑on exposure to daily operational workflows, business processes, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Work closely with department heads and team leads to understand departmental objectives, challenges, and performance metrics.

• Assist in reviewing, analysing, and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• Support departmental projects, initiatives, and day‑to‑day operations as assigned.

• Collect, consolidate, and prepare reports related to operations, manpower, performance, and project outcomes.

• Participate in staff engagement activities, internal communications, and company‑wide initiatives.

• Support coordination of onboarding, training, and orientation programmes across departments.

• Represent the company at internal and external events, meetings, or industry‑related activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of working experience will have an advantage.
