Learn the Business Before Leading It

Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for individuals who want to build practical experience before progressing into leadership.

You will begin with the foundation of our business: face-to-face sales and customer engagement. Through hands-on campaigns, structured training and personal mentorship, you will learn how to represent established brands, understand customer behaviour and achieve business objectives.

As you demonstrate consistency, adaptability and leadership readiness, you may progress into coaching, campaign management, recruitment and team development.

Your Development Journey

Phase 1: Sales and Customer Engagement

• Represent established brands at events and roadshows
• Engage customers and understand their needs
• Recommend suitable products or services
• Support customer acquisition and brand-awareness objectives
