• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM and provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM system and provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports
