China Unicom (Singapore) Operations Pte. Ltd. is launching a Graduate Trainee Program designed to accelerate early careers in telecommunications and digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Energy/Power Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM disciplines (Graduating class of 2025–2026).
• Demonstrated analytical mindset, problem-solving agility, and proactive drive.
• Strong interest in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent English; Chinese proficiency required to liaise with Chinese-speaking regional stakeholders and teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Energy/Power Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM disciplines (Graduating class of 2025–2026).
• Demonstrated analytical mindset, problem-solving agility, and proactive drive.
• Strong interest in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English. Professional working proficiency in Chinese is required to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking regional stakeholders, clients, and cross-border engineering teams.

Flexible Work Arrangement: Employees are eligible for hybrid work arrangement after probation, including one work-from-home day per week.
