Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Energy/Power Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM disciplines (Graduating class of 2025–2026).
- Demonstrated analytical mindset, problem-solving agility, and proactive drive.
- Strong interest in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English; Chinese proficiency required to liaise with Chinese-speaking regional stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
- Rotational Assignments: structured rotations across core technical and commercial units.
- Project Delivery: collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key strategic initiatives and telecom solutions.
- Mentorship & Learning: partner with senior mentors to achieve milestones and certifications.
- Capstones & Presentations: participate in functional and leadership training, culminating in presentations to senior management.
