QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Management Trainee in Singapore to accelerate a career in talent acquisition and client management.

You will source and interview candidates, build talent pipelines, and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries. You will also partner with clients to understand hiring needs, map the market, and present recruitment solutions. The programme offers mentorship, exposure to diverse industries, and opportunities to develop negotiation

Qualifications

• Candidates with internship, sales, customer service, business development, or recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
• Fresh Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline

• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate suitability against client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple industries.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and workforce challenges.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Present recruitment solutions and market insights to clients.
• Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Stay informed about industry trends, talent movements, and salary benchmarks.
• Provide consultative hiring advice to clients and candidates.
• Develop trusted relationships with candidates throughout their career journey.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.
• Act as a career consultant, helping professionals achieve their career aspirations.
• Participate in a structured Management Trainee Programme.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced recruitment leaders.
• Develop commercial, negotiation, sales, consulting, and leadership skills.
• Gain exposure to diverse industries and hiring functions.
