Job summary

M CHAIN STORES PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations team lead to manage daily activities at our Singapore location. You will supervise staff, ensure service standards, manage inventory, and uphold quality and safety protocols.

In this role you will drive efficiency, handle cash processes, prepare performance reports, and coordinate training and scheduling to deliver smooth, customer‑focused service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling shifts.
• Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients and supplies, and monitoring stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all products meet company standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimizing workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waiting times for customers.
• Cash Management: Handling cash transactions, balancing cash registers, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Hygiene and Safety: Enforcing strict hygiene and safety standards in the workplace, including cleanliness and food handling procedures.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity for management review.
