Job summary

NATURAL COOL AIRCONDITIONING & ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a recent graduate to join the team as a trainee. You will be paired with an experienced staff member to observe, learn, and participate in day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to the company’s policies, processes, and protocols.

You will contribute to meetings, prepare reports, and update records, while developing leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Recent graduate with no prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations under guidance from experienced staff.
• Participate in meetings and learning opportunities to develop skills.
• Prepare reports, documents and update records as assigned.
• Learn company policies, processes and protocols and apply them to tasks.
• Assist in tasks and handle simple administrative duties.
• Learn to handle conflict resolution and teamwork in a professional environment.
