Job summary

You will work with senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and marketing tasks; perform market research, analyze data, and prepare reports, while attending meetings to learn and contribute to strategy discussions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training programs to gain understanding of the company's products, services, and operations.
• Learn company policies, procedures, and business operations via training and hands-on experience.
• Join cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
• Assist senior management in implementing, executing, evaluating and monitoring policies and procedures.
• Support senior management with budgeting, forecasting and marketing tasks.
• Conduct market research, analyze data and prepare reports on business trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Attend meetings and presentations to learn different business aspects and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and ethical policies and procedures.
• Meet performance goals and complete required training modules.
• Develop leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare for a future role as a manager or executive within the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Job description

2. Learning the company's policies, procedures, and business operations through training and hands-on experience.
3. Participating in cross-functional projects and collaborating with colleagues from different departments to gain experience in various aspects of the business
4. Assisting senior management in the implementation, execution, evaluation and monitoring of company policies and procedures
5. Assisting senior management in various tasks such as budgeting, forecasting and marketing
6. Perform market research, analyze data and prepare reports on business trends and opportunities and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
7. Attend meetings and presentations to gain exposure to different aspects of the business and contribute to discussions on business strategies and operations
8. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, and ethical conduct
10. Meeting performance goals and completing required training modules
11. Developing skills in leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
12. Preparing for a future role as a manager or executive within the company.
