Kim Ann Engineering in Singapore invites dynamic graduates to join its Management Trainee Programme. Over two years you will rotate through departments, tackle real-world problems, and receive mentorship and structured on-the-job training to build leadership skills.

You will gain exposure to sales, customer service, operations, quality assurance and supply chain, with hands-on projects, data analysis, and opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities as you progress.
